With all aspects of life one cannot know everything. I do not claim to know everything but I can do my best to get you to the correct solution even if I can’t do it myself.

I have hourly rates depending on the type of project. I am upfront about cost and can estimate total project cost. Special hours and retainer rates can be discussed for ongoing work.

I am a Certified Home Inspector and do home inspections for home owners/home purchasers. I am a certified sUAS (drone) pilot and take pictures from up to 400 feet above objects. I am also training in video editing/producing for small commercials or events.
